Whittier L. Rev. - Whittier Law Review (USA)

Also known as WLR, a form of neutral citation recently adopted by the Review but which adds to research confusion since that legal citation has been use in regards to other legal publications for many years.

According to the publisher, circa 2011:

"The Law Review proudly celebrates its thirty-second year of publication. The Law Review is a student-run organization publishing a collection of articles of legal scholarship four times annually. Its impetus is to continue as a valued informational and research tool for the legal community, both domestically and internationally, and for students of the law. The Law Review also provides an exceptional opportunity for its editors and members to further develop their analytical, editing, legal research, and writing skills. The Law Review is also a forum for all students of Whittier Law School to submit their articles for publication consideration in a legal journal."

Whittier Law School is situated in Orange County, California. Whittier Law School was founded in 1966 as Beverly College School of Law to provide an intensive legal education program, especially for women and older students. In 1975, Beverly College joined Whittier College, a nationally recognized liberal arts college, forming Whittier College School of Law.
