Original first series of N.S. ran from 1834 until 1929.
The Nova Scotia Reports (2d) commenced publication in 1969.
According to the publisher, Maritime Law Books:
"The series includes all of the decisions of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, plus selected trial decisions, plus Supreme Court of Canada decisions originating in Nova Scotia."
