Litigation - Litigation Journal (USA)

Published by the Litigation Section of theĀ American Bar Association since issue #1, dated "Winter 1975".

From that first issue, this proposed scope:

"(T)he goal of this journal is to reflect as faithfully as possible the interests and concerns of the (ABA) Section of Litigation.... Our concern is not with the substantive issues that occupy a lawyer's attention but with the process of litigation."

Circa 2011, the statement of scope was presented by the ABA as follows:

"Litigation, published four times a year, is the preeminent journal in the field. The publication offers practical yet lively information on common problems and interests for the lawyers who try cases and the judges who decide them. All members of the Section of Litigation receive Litigation."
