Freem. K. B. - Freeman's King's Bench Reports (England)

Also 1 Freem. or 2 Freem.

Law reporter was Richard Freeman, former Lord Chancellor of Ireland.

The first edition of Freeman's Reports included cases from Chancery as well as a collection from the Court of King's Bench and Common Pleas.

As of the second edition (1826), Freeman Reports have been separated into two volumes:

  • 1 Freem., Court of Chancery (1823); and
  • 2 Freem., Courts of King's Bench & Common Pleas (1826).

Later re-published as part of the English Reports, Volumes 24 (Chancery) and 89 (King's Bench), but within which 1 Freem and 2 Freem. were reversed such that 1 Freem, were represented as the "Cases Argued and Determined in the Courts of King's Bench and Common Pleas".

Cases from 1670 to 1704.
