FJHC - High Court of Fiji

The High Court of Fiji was, until 1987, known as the Supreme Court of Fiji.

According to the High Court's website (as of May 28, 2012):

"The High Court of Fiji ... has unlimited jurisdiction. The High Court also has jurisdiction to hear and determine appeals from all judgments of subordinate courts. The High Court consists of the Chief Justice and up to 18 judges or such greater number as Parliament prescribes."
