The publisher's statement of scope as of September 7, 2011:
"Since 1874, The Daily Washington Law Reporter Company has provided the Metro D.C. legal community with a newspaper of scholarly merit. Reporting daily on the latest federal and D.C. court opinions including the opinions of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia; judge's schedules, assignments and calendars; proposed and final rule changes for the various courts; attorney disciplines; upcoming events tailored to the legal community; advertising; and other items of interest. Published Monday thru Friday, except legal holidays, each subscription contains 252 issues plus the annual year-end index. Each annual subscription is priced at $255.00 (plus tax if mailed to a Maryland address). Online access to our archives is an additional $50.00 per year. At this time, we have no plans to offer an online only subscription. The Daily Washington Law Reporter is striving to meet the legal community's need for reliable reporting, accurate research, and timely information."
