C.P.C. - Carswell's Practice Cases (Canada)

Proposed full title was, originally, Carswell's Practice Cases [Annotated].

The statement of scope, according to the publisher, as of 2009:

"Features all important decisions on practice in civil proceedings from all Canadian common law jurisdictions and all court levels selected by experts in the field. Includes cases on institution of proceedings, parties, pleadings, service, limitation of actions, third-party proceedings, discovery, evidence, injunctions, judgments and orders, costs and appeals. Articles, annotations and case comments are also included."

Ran to 50 volumes in the first series (1976 to 1985). Second series commenced in 1985 (C.P.C. (2d)) and also ran to 50 volumes (1992); continuing in a 3rd Series (C.P.C. (3d) starting 1992 and ending with 50 C.P.C. (3d) in 1997.

The 4th series (C.P.C. (4th) started in 1997 and ran, as its predecessors, to 50 volumes, to 2001 and the 5th series, as of 2001 and to 2004, Volume 50. The 6th Series (C.P.C. (6th) started in 2005 and was ongoing as of 2009.
