C. L. R. (Canada) - Canada Law Reports + Construction Law Reports
• Canada Law Reports, now a defunct law report, original name given to what has become known as the Supreme Court Reports, being the written reports of all decisions of Canada's highest court.
From 1923 to 1969, Canada Law Reports was printed on the spine of the official Supreme Court Reports but since 1970, it has been removed and is now simply, the Supreme Court Reports (S.C.R.).

Publisher is Carswell from which is presents this statement of scope:
"Features all important construction law decisions from all Canadian jurisdictions, selected by experts in the field. Includes cases on building contracts, remedies for their breach, construction liens and bonding issues. Court actions by and against architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors are included."
The initial Construction Law Reports law report started in 1983 and ran to 1992.
This was followed by a Second series - CL.R. (2d) - which ran from 1992 to 2000.
The Third Series - C.L.R. (3d) - continues in publication since 2000 (as of March 2010).
