C.B.R. - Canadian Bankruptcy Reports (Canada)


Volumes issued annually, numbered by year and volume number as follows:

Monarch Lumber Company Limited v Klotz and Scherr, 28 C.B.R. 85 (1948, Sask.)

First publisher was Burroughs & Co. (Calgary and Montreal).

Ran to volume 38 (1960) and continued by a "New Series" as of 1961 and to Volume 80 (1990).

Starting with Volume 9 of the New Series (1967), the publisher was identified as Carswell.

A Third Series (C.B.R. (3d)) started in 1991 and ran to a 50th volume in 1998, thereafter a Fourth Series from 1 C.B.R. (4th) to 50 C.B.R. (4th) in 2004.

As of 2009, the Fifth Seris of the Canadian Bankruptcy Reports is at Volume 56.
