Continued from the original series (Bos. & Pul.) which covered the Court of Common Pleas from 1796-1804. the New Series ran from 1804 to 1807.

When the Bos. & Pul. New Series ran its course in 1807, coverage of the Court of Common Pleas was assured by Taunton.
