Includes cases under the federal and provincial corporations statutes, prosecutions under the Competition Act, cases on shareholders’ rights, partnerships, rights of debtors and creditors, bills of exchange, promissory notes and guarantees, sale of business, sale of goods, products liability and commercial contracts."
Commenced publication in 1977 and ran to 1994. The Second Series, B.L.R. (2d), started in 1991 and ran until 1999, when it converted to a Third Series. As of 2010, B.L.R. was into its 4th Series.
